We believe it’s important for the whole family to enjoy the benefits of a healthy, well-made mattress. That’s why we designed two simple, affordable, twin-sized mattresses for children. We use all the same high-quality, eco-certified materials we use in our adult mattresses—natural latex foam, pocketed German coils, organic cotton, and Merino wool. Starting at just $399, our Basic and K2 children’s mattresses provide value and peace of mind
Children’s Basic: Features premium German pocketed coils and a quilted organic cotton and wool cover. Ideal for small children.
Children’s K2: The same design as the Basic with an additional 1” layer of natural latex. Provides additional cushion and support for bigger kids (age 10 and up).

Q: What is the mattress height?
A: Basic is 7.5" high, and K2 is 8” high
Q: What are the mattress dimensions?
A: Both are 38"x75" and fit in any standard Twin frame
Q: How do you meet flame retardancy regulations without using chemicals?
A: All of our mattresses are quilted with Merino wool which is naturally flame retardant.
Q: Do you ship? What's the shipping cost?
A: Yes. The shipping cost for one mattress is $299 for most US locations. California is a little less. Hawaii and Alaska are more expensive. Shipping lead time is around 5-7 weeks. For prices on shipping more than one mattress, please contact the store.
Q: How are they different from the adult mattresses? Can adults sleep on them?
A: The ergonomic construction is less sophisticated than our adult mattresses. These basic designs are appropriate for children, but they don’t provide the contour and support an adult needs for full-time use. They are perfectly appropriate for occasional adult use: reading bedtime stories or hosting an overnight guest.
Q: Is it waterproof?
A: No. We use only breathable materials to promote better temperature regulation and prevent allergens like mold, mildew and dust mites. The plastics required to create a waterproof barrier would trap moisture.
